Rebecca Hogeterp is a trained professional pianist and RCM Certified Teacher, offering private piano lessons in studio or your home (Danforth Village, East York and Riverdale areas.)
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced student, preparing for examinations, competitions, or auditions, she fosters an inspirational learning environment tailored to your specific musical goals.
Certified Teacher
Rebecca graduated on the Dean’s Honor List with a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Western Ontario under the tutelage of John-Paul Bracey and John Hess. She continued her studies in Paris with renowned Concert Pianist and Pedagogue Jean-Paul Sevilla. She completed her postgraduate studies in the Netherlands, earning an Artist Diploma in Piano Performance from Utrechts Conservatorium, studying with Russian Concert Pianist Alexander Warenberg.
20 Years Experience
Rebecca has been passionately performing and teaching in Toronto for over 20 years. In addition to her formal education, she has attended many RCM and Suzuki pedagogy institutes as well as participated in performance master classes. She also holds Certificates of Recognition in Neurological Music Therapy and Autism Intervention and teaches students with special needs.
